This well priced hotel had a very central setting close to St Austell town centre. I usually went to The Good Catch to grab a bite. There was fabulous food, the staff was superfriendly and really accommodating.

I had great 1-night stay here! Thoroughly enjoyed the English breakfast with many options to choose from. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice because it was just next door to a £10 taxi ride to the Eden Project, good for walking, and a good local's pub.

All the staff were extremely helpful giving some tips about the city. The location was reasonable in a local area, right by road junction and traffic lights as well as traffic lighted crossroads. There was café World Museum's Cafe, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The hotel was in an ideal location near road junction, many tourist attractions and a pub locking the door. The service was all in all brilliant. It was a perfectly fine place to stay in St Austell. There were very clean beds and coffee and tea making facilities, and a TV set in the standard double room. The English breakfast food was tasty. I thoroughly enjoyed 5 nights there.
